I agree... I will not be surprised to see another pension fund or someone have a crack at this because every time I drive out to Western NSW and see the M2-M7 Corridor there is going to be a population boon in the next 5-10 years there with the housing. Those sort of gorwth numbers cannot be factored in, irrespective of rail infrastructure that will come in time..
