I am not idle in regard REITs. Having recently sold out of CER & happy to research this sector at present.
Whilst many REITs have fallen heavily there are still a few key REITs that haven't suffered anywhere near other REITs & I suspect a few of these will suffer the same fate that others suffered in 2008 & the XPJ will fall even lower.
Highest risk in this sector is still with the ones yet to suffer the big falls.
The heavily discounted REITs can certainly go lower but there future upside potential is far greater when this sector does even bounce.
Many of the heavily discounted REITs are just playgrounds for the day traders.
