My mention of 'expense to remove the NaCl' was based on information years ago when Sydney built a plant to produce fresh water from sea water using reverse osmosis. The electrical energy required was high if I remember correctly.
The proximity of FMG's recently pegged ground to PRL does present opportunities for potential benefits for both PRL and FMG. PRL to use energy from FMG solar, and FMG to be take hydrogen from PRL.
