IMO, I still see the short term risk is MPO running out of cash.We are still in the middle of a credit crisis. The business press for some time now has been warning that SBE's are having difficulties obtaining loans & often, when granted, have onerous conditions, to detriment of owners.

Hopefully, the company did cut back big time on exploration during December. Does anyone know whether they have cut back to conserve cash?

If exploration continued in December Qtr as planned, I suspect the board may need a fire sale of some assets to get them through the next quarter (before cash from IPO starts flowing).

Anyway, thats my 3 pennies worth
