No it doesn't. As I posted above, they don't use dendritic cells.
They do use the same MUC-1 target though.
They are both quite different approaches.
It's like comparing a rifle and a slingshot, aiming at a bullseye.
Both might hit it, but one will have a greater impact.
We just don't know what sort of ammo the rifle (CVac) has yet.
