For anyone interested I have today asked / emailed SPLITIT the following questions (see extract of email below):

At a recent presentation by the CEO (around October 30) there was an announcement of pilots with VISA of the SPLITIT BNPL solution.

This week there was an announcement by VISA that they are now launching their Europe BNPL soution exclusively with 'ChargeAfter'.

I would ask that as soon as possible you please respond to the followng questions:

• Is the announcement by VISA correct?
• If 'Yes'; does this mean VISA will not be further piloting the SPLITIT BNPL solution in Europe?
• Are there any other pilots between SPLITIT and VISA still in progress in other locations or regions, or have these concluded?
• If pilots are still in progress, in what locations or regions? and
• Is SPLITIT aware of what other BNPL provides VISA is also piloting with in these regions?

I will be happy to share response should I receive one.
