I agree but I don’t think we’re going to see new substantial holders until there is evidence of this. There is no reason for them to invest at the moment.
They have greater access to information and software to make these decisions, and when they have solid reason to increase their position, they will do so. Just like they did on the MasterCard announcement.
Until then, it’s a waiting game.
Management could announce something unexpected and surprising at any moment.
