If you are loosing patience, you might want to visit Star City where you will get a result either way. No use complaining about the board as they are waiting to complete the deals they have been working on. If you read the announcements carefully, you will see where the funds are expected to be applied.

As far as the RBA (Reserve Bank of Australia) Governor's statement. This is not a problem for SPLITIT but a potential problem for APT, Z1P etc. A period of self regulation in agreement with the RBA would seem a likely outcome at some point in the future.

I cannot comment any further as to the current selloff apart from that it seems like stale shareholders who are in for the short term are moving on. I don't think there are too many short positions here.

Given recent trading activity, the price looks primed to recover. Any announcement of quantum now will set this alight again.
