    This seems fairly obvious to me. Why did they raise the $100m if they had no prior plans for it.

    And if they do have a vision for how the money is to be spent why is the market in the dark months later.

    Thanks for categorizing it as whining but it is a fairly valid criticism as far as I see it and one of the main reasons I’m losing confidence in this stock.
