    This line from the last quarterly might help explain...

    "Though the pilot, the Splitit platform will enable Card issuers (Issuers) enrolled in the Visa Instalment Program to provide instalments for their card holders. Splitit will process eligible transactions through the Visa API and Issuers will be able to fund merchants, via Splitit, on eligible plans.
