Something is going on behind close doors. AMEX as the merchant funding facility makes the most sense to me. It solves every problem that would have arisen in the Visa and MasterCard pilots. Not saying these won’t continue but an end to end partnership with AMEX is the winning goal IMO.

We have just seen evidence (and confirmation from SPT themselves) that they are in talks with AMEX. Clearly using GEMSNY as a pilot. Something much bigger is coming and when that is announced, we won’t look back.

It’s no longer speculation or hot air, I have now seen evidence that my likely suspect and SPT are working on something. Like I’ve said before the potential for this partnership and ease of scalability is unimaginable.
