Firstly, if this agreement is acceptance only - SPT has just opened themselves up to over 115million customers. I would have thought this is worthy of an announcement and when it happens expect a rise bigger than MC.

Management are getting their ducks in a line and soon enough it will become public that Splitit has signed the deal of the century.
1. Rapid global expansion 2. Millions of customers overnight 3. Millions of merchants overnight 4. Exponential revenue generation
These two players complement each other so well and perhaps together they will have a product that can take down every other BNPL.
The banks will be happy as credit card usage is encouraged. They will get involved.
Google now, Apple, Microsoft etc to follow
2021 is the year of the Splitit payment. No looking back from here. Splitit we see today is going to be very different, only a matter of time.
