You are looking at this in a very black and white view in terms of what announcements have officially been released from SplitIt for the pilot. We are looking beyond that based on what is happening out in the web.

The evidence is out there that discussions are definitely happening across Amex and UnionPay with SplitIt as their trademark logo is being paired with SplitIt across targeted websites as each parties business model stands to gain.We see this, we know they are talking, we know they are testing the water, we know there are legal implications until both parties are in a position to go public. It doesn’t necessarily have to be announced from SplitIt to assume they are in bed together, so to speak. It is therefore my opinion they are piloting a model.

As for the $10/share, it is my opinion based on what I see in the market and made sure I end the post with IMO.
