Yes, another piece of the puzzle found by a couple of SPLITIT fan club members proinv & smartar. plenty of pieces left to find. A few clues are still out there. The biggest is still to be uncovered.
If you look at why institutions are increasingly interested in the platform. It's because there is a compatible and nearly universal application that can be bolted onto existing payments functionality.
If SPLITIT get what they want, which is industry acceptance and seamless application of a winning payments platform modelled on the simple use of the existing payments infrastructure. Then there will be no looking back.
One more thing; If you are unsure of where this stock is going, wait until after the next round of announcements have come out and I suspect you will be paying a lot more that current levels and probably more than $2 if the announcements confirm the current thinking of some of the astute posters on this thread.
