I wouldn't consider the last quarterly results to be stagnant. Pretty much what I expected them to be. We wont see huge revenue change until at least 1 quarter after MC/Visa agreements are executed. I really am not sure what shareholders were expecting to see?

Given 90Mil was raised from "sophisticated investors" at $1.30 and there was no dump means it is inline with their expectation, no?

As a holder for almost 2 years now, I was annoyed I didn't get to participate in the full allocation with the SPP, but extremely happy to purchase when it fell to almost a dollar. We ride the emotional rollercoaster and us shareholders are never happy.

SPT have been extremely good with their updates in the past, especially when Brad came on board. I hope that continues with a monthly "how's it tracking update", even if there is no news. Its good PR and keeps shareholders calm and involved.

Overall, I am satisfied and hoping to be pleasantly surprised in the new future. Good luck all.
