The above website (not sure how accurate is) gives an overview of how many websites around the world are actually using SPT in the BNPL E-commerce space.
It isn't dynamic, updates every few days. For example, since the 12th of May there has been an increase of 4.5% in the number of currently live websites.
As far as what countries are using SPT, U.S is first with 418 sites, Australia 2nd with 160.
A long way to go to compete with the big boys.
