Ok, so, here is just one of many simple answers for you since you don't seem to get it...
SP went from 60c to $1.70 from two positive announcements. Since then, we have secured 100M and have been bouncing around $1.30 - $1.50 due to the $1.30 SPP.
Now, why is it so hard to believe that once the SPP is complete, we receive another positive announcement, which then takes the SP from $1.30 - $1.50 up to $2 or higher? I mean, is that SO hard to imagine?
