I tend to think deferring bills is just kicking the can down the road with the main issue being that the bills are just accumulating with the upshot of larger bills in the future. This is really death spiral ecconomics , bad for all. I believe SPT are looking more at the higher end consumer who just wants to spread their accasional large purchase, this is a win win it solves the 55 day interest free delema and provides a easy payment solution for smart people. Good for consumer, seller and good for cc company.
