The last official update of the to 20 was on the 26.2.21. This is found near the back of the Annual Report for SPLITIT. Company's do not regularly update the top 20 apart from annually. In all the company's I have been involved in, we never saw the logic in more than the annual update as the substantial notice's always were there to cover on any material movement throughout the year.
Unfortunately, it is up to the shareholder to send the notice into the Company Secretary as the company itself cannot enforce any shareholder to comply.
There is a code the company has that they use to see which individual shareholder is buying or selling the stock. They can see all trades once settled, so there is a couple days (T+) lag.
Unless they have a reason, they don't bother too much with who is trading.
