This is about 18 months old.

An important note in fine print on the website is tht it had limited availability, and states: *"*Visa Installments is presently not available on all Visa cards and only offered by certain issuing financial institutions and accepted at select retailers. See below for a list of participating financial institutions and contact your bank for more details".

The certain financial instituions were 'Commerce Bank' and the merchants (at that time) were four (North American) merchants, all referred to on the page. They were using (trialling) the instalments product at that time. I am not aware it was a PoS BNPL solution. The solution at that time (as I understand it) was being provided via Chargeafter. I do not know if it was SPLITIT.

Given above, wouldn't rely on this page too much as is old and not really a sign of any progress.

But here's hoping some progress soon.
