The initial announcement was the share issue to close early September but now it has been changed to I believe 18 Sept and share issued 24 September. Clearly they want this to close after EGM mid September for approval of Shareholders for Tranche 2 of 45 million . Any big news will probably be after 24 Sept of early October where we see significant spike.
