Nothing in my comment was personal, just my opinion, and fact (about the instos) about SPT.

Why would I chuck $20 in a 'poker wheel' when I can currently make more money on a short, with near certainty? Casino's are rigged in the favour of the house.
Don't hate me for wanting to make money. I used to be long on SPT in the early days, then realised its going to continue downwards for some time, so pulled out with a small profit and joined the dark side. Making more coin trading it than I did holding.
SPT has just kept on giving all year to the shorts. Why wouldn't I capitalise on that?

$0.4x was called months ago when the price was 0.65 odd and abuse was hurled then too. You could have pulled your shares back at ~65c and bought in again now. Would have saved yourself a good 25++% odd loss. It's not my fault SPT's share price isn't performing. I'm just along for the ride, up or down. I don't wait on hopes and dreams tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.

If you're so sure on SPT, just keep buying more at these rates and average down. You've only got yourself to thank or blame one day, and you've got your own strategies, no one can judge you but yourself. Just learn from any mistakes you make (if you make any).

I will share my view - what the forum was designed for. You don't have to like, or even read what I say. I'm even happy to teach you how to short and hedge your long bets so you aren't losing as much money. Just needed to ask, or Google.

Calling me a crackhead isn't fair though.

Have you looked at the chart? SPT has been getting small pumps here and there, but has been following one trend the last 52 weeks - downwards. The charts are there for all to see. Look at the small humps on the way down. Hence my comment on a 20% pump and dump. Nothing else has been provided by SPT to encourage demand to push the price up. My research doesn't show a bright future for SPT unless something drastic happens (which it might, in which case I might go long again).

$48 in 4 years? I'd be cheering if it even hits a 10th of that, ever. Current data doesn't support that, so its a number out of thin air at this stage. Maybe if the patent actually meant anything, you could argue a few dollars, but the patent isn't worth jack (IMO).
And let's be honest, if something changed to warrant a $48 share price, I would ride some portion of that wave up too.
It's not like I hold short like you hold long - I'm always making trades.

For what it's worth, my short target was 0.465, but I closed today to put the money elsewhere tomorrow. If it looks like it will crack 0.45 in the short term (the wall got smaller at the end of the day), ill look to open another with an aim of 0.40. If it does crack 0.45, I see the SP going to 0.3x short term, and then trade around 0.45 again.

Happy to share when I'm long and short.

    All IMO, DYOR, nothing personal.
