She made the purchase pretty much in time before this morning when all employees are no longer allowed to buy or sell until the next day Q3 4C is announced based presumably on Friday 29 October 2021.
The period from 10:00am (Sydney time) on 23 September until 10:00am (Sydney time) on the next trading day following the release of the Company's Quarterly Announcement for the quarter ending 30 September (Q3).
