    Sales Manager Europe


    About the Role

    “The Sales Manager, Europe is critical in driving the success of our European business. As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving new Merchant acquisition by identifying highly targeted leads, working in a consultative fashion to become a key merchant partner, and ultimately closing deals with these merchants.

    As a high-performing sales individual, you are an expert at building and converting a deep sales pipeline of mid-market & enterprise clients across multiple sectors. You do so by utilizing your existing professional network and expanding it rapidly via various networking strategies. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, selling over the phone using web-based demos and discussing the more technical nature of our products. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and increase our revenue while raising the awareness of Splitit’s unique value proposition in the market. This position has a base salary and strong incentive compensation.

    As Sales Manager, Europe your responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to:

    • Building a deep pipeline and closing high-volume merchant deals across the UK and Europe
    • Actively sourcing new lead opportunities and working closely with Business Development and marketing to qualify and nurture them
    • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead to go-live
    • Developing your own sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales volumes and revenue targets
    • Leveraging and enhancing sales tools and resources to best enable the sales process
    • Reporting daily, weekly and monthly against KPIs, metrics and targets
    • Ensuring the best customer experience and on-boarding process for new customers
    • Negotiating partnership agreements and commercial contracts in conjunction with legal, finance and strategy through to execution
    • Developing valuable relationships internally and externally to help achieve your goals
    • Collaborating with sales leaders and the broader global sales team to achieve organizational goals”
    Contrary to the last announcement were they said that they will narrow it down to the U.S and U.K markets, now they are targeting more countries in Europe.
    It sounds positive like all their announcements. Unfortunately all these positive announcements haven’t made any impact on the SP because IMHO the market wants to see $$$$ and growth.
    All in good time. I also bought a small parcel at .275c today.
