Hi Bilbostockins and Vamosmike,
No point asking me to consider writing a complaint letter to ASX bec' the whole BNPL market has dropped. Last time I wrote, unlike other BNPL shares, SPT was falling everyday for 2 weeks without explanation to ASX. Then if you all can remember (apart from Treba and a couple of others who criticise me for writing to ASX), after I wrote to the ASX, SPT started to rise for more than a week.
By that time ASX did respond to me, they said SPT has already risen - so there is NO issue anymore. So to answer your question, I won't waste time writing to the ASX unless I can see some value to do it. At this point in time, the whole BNPL shares are all falling (except SPT has fallen the most), there's really not much you can complain to the ASX anymore. It also requires a lot of legal references and effort to back your letter up.
All we can is hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Cheers,
Isdhope.
