Been here for a while now and there has always been constant mis-information around Splitit's partnership with the 2 big card issuer's MC and Visa. I have lost track of the number of times I have seen posts down ramping the MC partnership and saying that Splitit is not a part of the current instalment packages being offered. The below is undeniable proof that Splitit and MC are working together.
The first is a report from June 2020 identifying the Splitit/MC partnership and identifying what they intend to do. Launching
"Pilot programs in three markets before launching globally".
The second grab dated September 2021 and is from the MasterCard site identifying MasterCard Instalments.
How many markets are they launching in..3! Just as MasterCard and Splitit said they were going to 12 months ago.
It follows then that SPT are going down the exact same path with VISA.
This thing is going to fly. Time to sit down, buckle up and hang on for the ride.
