If the shorts sniffed out that there was trouble with SPT they’d be loading up but they’re not, they’re covering and have been for some time. They’re the lowest they’ve been in 3 years. That’s because there’s now a risk to the upside for SPT rather than the downside. As others have speculated the SP is now likely being held back as buyers are accumulating until they’re ready to let it run. The fact that directors sunk plenty of their own hard earned into the CR gives the market a strong clue as to the belief and conviction the directors have in the direction the company is now taking and that was before Nandan started signing up some big companies.
