Since the GS Amendment and the focus on costs we have less than $5 M USD a quarter which x 4 = $20 m USD year allowing for some growth in costs as business grows.

Q3 $4.6 M USD expenses 40% YOY reduction
Q2 $5.0 M USD Expenses 14% reduction
