    Whats the point? Seems futile.

It's a private company and a share price on a backwater exchange is not even on the companies mind. They probably forgot it was listed there until the only bloke in the company still tied to Australia raised his hand in a meeting and said..."dont we still have a listing on primary markets as a courtesy to the Aus shareholders"

Primary markets listing was an out for desperate people after delisting...no liquidity was basically promised on that exchange by the company. So by the company saying that at time of delisting it was basically also saying it does not really give 2 craps about the current share listing it has a business to build and focus on without a share exchanges drama/requirements.

Why would a company list on a market and at the same time state there will be no liquidity if they cared about the share price?

It's aim was not to be the greatest primary markets listed company.

As promised, There is 0 liquidity on primary markets as there are 0 buyers because there is 0 people other than current holders and those in the company that acrually know it is listed on primary markets.
    You get that right?
How will a share price move without buy/sells?
    You get that right?
If they announce a Samsung thing (or any major thing as a pump style) to its own shareholders in a private email how the frig will that move the market?
    You get that right?
This is not the ASX, Its a private company.
    PRIVATE...its in the name.

They don't need any share price other than what the Audited value of the company is...Private Valuation is all that matters. And that is done behind closed doors.
They may want to share the current private valuation, but that would be about it.

Probably won't even trade again on primary markets as that courtesy to shareholders to provide the possible out surely has expired. (if your not out by now your in)

Primary markets probably happy for it not to be listed aswell. They are getting too many stupid questions from people thinking they are the ASX or the NASDAQ and have control over the company.

Splitit does not answer to Primary markets like it would be mandated to on a public exchange...so why are people asking Primary Markets what they dont know.

Still dont have a Primary Markets account...pointless.
