Just my 2 cents - I believe in investing in companies that think about improving their product as that is what will take them forward by adding more revenue eventually. Companies that are focusing on making the SH happy by making lots of announcement is actually a red flag for me, looks like they are too focused on SP than what they are building.
The focus of a company should not be share price but improving its product and adding more customers, anything else is secondary.
