I expect the US markets to hold up tonight and there is a sense that the recent sell down is a healthy correction, then Splitit should start moving up again.

The only announcements that will come out in the near term;

(i) Will be hard to be anything but positive
(ii) Will likely be after the SPP closes (15 Sep) and the vote at the General Meeting (16 Sep)
(iii) Will involve the future growth of the company and
(iv) Will talk about partners and the use of the $100 mil

I will be supporting the company voting my bag of shares for all the resolutions and following the boards recommendations for the General Meeting vote. Voting for the resolutions ensures they have the full $100 mil.
