Lol, and Pay By Touch was such a blazing success with biometrics. They still owe my company money the ba$tards.
The main thing I would question about this is whether there is the demand for this technology and where it will be used. I see a lot of demand in the security side, as evidenced by places like terminal 5 @ Heathrow looking at smart cards and biometrics.
I would question, however, the use of biometrics in areas such as retail. In the short-term anyway.
