One key issue is that there will be swathe of Australian Whiskey released over the next 12 months by all the small producers who have been making whiskey as well as gin.
Quality will be marginal as they will be so young and will be expensive.
Australian consumers will buy these new brands and find out they are not crash hot and Lark could be tarred with the same brush.
