This has been quietly pushing up over past few weeks - I watched and for a while waiting for a decent down day and it just didn't come so I eventually bought in but that delay cost me about 10% profit.
This has not drawn any real attention until this last announcement and it is now likely to benefit from wide upwards revisions based on it hitting the radar.
Nice little opportunity methinks!
Anyway, as usual others should work things out for themselves.
