Ann basically says to me "farm in will still happen, just not by the end of october". Hence some people will move on and use their money elsewhere (fair enough) and will result in the sp staying where it is for a week or two @ close to 60 (prob underside though), and all those (a large amount I think now) who have been on through the first delay and before will just chill out and wait that extra little while.

Like all I would like to see the farm in ann, but the upside will still yield a fantastic %pa return even if it's the end of next month or early December.
