    Why would you want a buyout? They want to sell AEO to pay off the VRLPA whingers.

    More likely a takeover could occur of AEO then VRL buying it back.

    Anyway, PPT Perpetual seems to be interested otherwise why would the load up over 11% during last month?

    Sounds like you lost some money with VRL?
