Jonty - this is not a vaccine it is a treatment. Many people also ask why it can't replace Chemo. PRR's product is more like a laser than a boozka. Chemo is a Boozka which kills everything including the person but Cvac is much more of a small targeted weapon. It is good for cleaning up what is left after chemo but not enough to kill everything on its own.
