The plus side of Alcoa bailing is that TSV end up with 100% and only the engineering challenge to resolve...IMO Alcoa would only be bailing if they had too much gas in their other interests ... and that is not proven yet.. best to stick with their portfolio of interests and higher probabilities of success.
