    Visiomed Group Ltd (ASX:VSG) has raised $280,000 from redeemable
    convertible notes issued to sophisticated investors.
    It issued 28 notes with face value of $10,000.
    The proceeds will be directed towards the redesign and upgrading
    of tools used in manufacturing the Funhaler incentive asthma spacer.
    Visiomed shares were steady at 2.3c.
