the problem lays in the company informing said institutions that they will do a raising in the near future, but not informing the market.
It was blatantly obvious that insider trading was going on the way they were dumping into the new buyers generated by the newsletter recommendation last week.
Now those same dumpers are going to be issued shares at 4.4- 4.6c ( or whatever it is).
ASIC are toothless. it would be easy to investigate who were the biggest sellers on those days.
