Simply there is no one that management(our employees),answer to.
We @ HC could easily assume this lacking policing role.
By having a unified front,we can express our discontent,or indeed enchantment,with the acheivement of our employees.
We have significant power to wield when it comes to deciding remuneration,incentives or electing directors to continue to serve us.
Our cumulative vote will be the decider.
An active unified front is needed.
It is our company.
