not a lot of posts, but that’s ok, as what is posted is generally useful.

we’re all set to start production. Just waiting on the final government approval, which shouldn’t be far away. Still on track for q2 production. I’ve always thought that would be June anyway, with expected delays with Covid.

as you’ve probably seen, the board are very dividend focused. At current IO prices, they should be nice juicy divs.

we have a LOM of around 6-7 years with the first 10 mt (assuming around 1.3mtpa). We include the last 2mt lower grade now as the recent CR included funds to build a beneficiation plant.

this will fly on what it has now. But the serious upside is in the 5bt ground around us, owned by our majority shareholders. Clearly they’ll use the TI1 vehicle they control (they have >50%), to develop that monster. But we have plenty of years to make serious $ while the IO price high. Then hopefully the monster development gets to proceed. Probably need a rail link for that. But rail is being built to the north. Not sure how far away we are, but we’re in the right region for it.

I’m sure we’ll be spreading out exploring our tenement as the cash rolls in. Likely to be more high grade stuff nearby (hopefully).

managemnet seem first class. Happy with them.

so sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. If the sellers want to dump it back as they’ve done on many occasions, I just add more.

TI1 is my biggest holding. A bit more than double my FEX (after my recent top up of FEX). I’m very happy in this position.

Thanks for all that great information ned,
I started having a look at it yesterday. I wasn't aware that Brazil had it's own steel mill/mills which is a real bonus.

I also found the concept of possibly selling at the gate would be a great benefit if this comes off.
Divi's would of course be a nice bonus and would broaden the appeal to investors.

Yes I will top up on dips when they come as they surely will.And yes the management is key.
I am very happy to have invested.
