If I happened to see something that resembled these Xperience flasks on the theatres store shelf yesterday at a big NSW public hospital, is that privileged information? Next Science previously informed the market that the product was available and being used in Australian hospitals, so this would just present tangible evidence that it's actually the case. (I was once advised to be careful about communicating experiences from the theatre coalface).
It's well known that dozens of orthopaedic surgeons work at this hospital, and then do lists in other private hospitals in the region.
