No he didn’t say they may not have hit, he said they are just waiting for results. I am personally just implying that not everyone hits first time & it isn’t make or break in this case. Sometime you just need to be patient. Remember how WC8 went waiting for their first results ? 45c sold down to 20c then a trading halt. Then BANG!! BIG hits
I wouldn’t read to deeply into someone selling a few shares, pretty minor volumes.
