I think the better question is why would someone BUY over 35 million shares??
Investors generally only BUY shares in a company like Riedel Resources for one reason - the outlook is very positive and they think the share price is going up!
On the other hand, Shareholders need to sell positions for a variety of reasons (renovate the kitchen, pay off the credit card, or in the case of ADX, avoid dilution to pay for their own core oil and gas project development).
