In terms of LPI's share price it has significantly outperformed most of its peers over the last two months regardless of the election of a left wing government and the Constitution rewrite. Happy to provide a table as evidence.

And yes Pinera released an announcement on 9 July 2018 in relation to the old-coded tenements which Codelco is not involved with. Pinera did nothing to reverse the decree issued by Bachelet, except to say that LPI/MSB can now apply for a CEOL over the new-coded tenements. LPI never did. What non-existent dots I am joining?
I was referring to the share price movement since the news dropped about the 400 proposals for the draft constitution.
I agree in the last two months the share price has gone up significantly.
