Am also in the green here as loaded sub 0.03 and some at sub 0.02 a couple of years ago. First parcel was at 0.063 so it has a been some ride but that's exploration/spec stocks. The REE certainly has got the interest of speculators lately, who know most would of been in this for gold but it wouldn't be the first time another commodity become the company maker.
