I agree with prior poster and think ACB is seen as Chinese influenced which contributes. They are sitting on this and it would not surprise me if eventually the money comes in and we get to mine with contracts to china. China don’t do public contracts. They have a few mines where they have locked in long term supply already and when they need more ACB ‘probably’ will be one. They are going to need huge amounts of uranium over the next decade or two, including SMR’s which they have already one or two. If they mass produce SMR’s for their country it’s going to be interesting as they have no where near the red tape the west has to get to market (or state controlled end point).
