Very good observation Goncountry. Imagine being marginalized, or even terminated 20 years before onset because an employer finds out you tested positive. I find it hard to believe an insurer is going to pay out so early in the process without proof, and that will take a long time to gather. PBT2 should be on the market before then if all goes well.
