Watching JB

As I sit at my desk in West Perth, working away, I spot JB sitting on the coffee shop across the road for over 2 hours now. Picking up his phone once and talking to an old fella smoking a cigar at 7:45am around several tables.....................make me think, we might not relist this year. I debated with myself whether I walk up and talk to him or just let him be. I let him be as its first week of Jan etc, but if I see him again, I will be asking for my money back...........
